On March 8 & 9, partake into a deeply immersive sound journey with @venusvolcanism, who travels from Iceland to present Rizitiko at 1OAM apotheke. A vocalist, sound explorer, and producer, Rena Rasouli reimagines Crete’s ancient folk traditions through a hypnotic fusion of field recordings, synthesizers, and the raw power of the voice. Drawing from her solo mini-album, she channels the ritualistic essence of Rizitika—songs once sung by troubadours—reframing them through a female voice, closer to a lullaby, where melody becomes a vessel for healing and collective memory.
