SUMMER POP-UP

During the summer, 1OAM apotheke transformed into a seasonal pop-up — a space where scents, objects, food, and a botanical bar came together.

Inspired by the 1OAM apotheke collection, everything was prepared in-house using natural, organic ingredients from our garden.

Alongside the kitchen and bar, we opened our own store where visitors could replenish everyday essentials — for the skin, the table, and the home.

Food was homemade, always fresh and seasonal, with a minimal-waste approach. Herbs were picked daily from the garden just behind the space and used in simple dishes, coffee, tea, and freshly squeezed juices.

You could stop by for a slow breakfast in the morning, browse the shop during the day, or return in the evening for a cocktail — experiencing 1OAM apotheke through taste, scent, and everyday ritual.
