THYME HONEY

The intense, aromatic flavours of Greek thyme honey make it renowned among the world’s finest. Not only is it revered for its taste, but for being rich in antioxidants and possessing healing, anti-inflammatory properties. This particular rich, amber-coloured honey is produced in the Rethymno region of Crete, harvested from the colourful wooden beehives that dot the island’s rugged mountainsides.
