Every Saturday, during 1OAM apotheke’s opening hours, we warmly invite you to settle in and make our space yours for the day.

From 11 AM to 7 PM, 1OAM apotheke transforms into a place to slow down, meet friends, or simply sit with a good coffee and something delicious.

Sip on Red Jane’s Roasted Coffee alongside a granola bowl made with her freshly baked homemade granola, organic sheep’s milk yogurt, 1OAM apotheke’s thyme honey, extra virgin olive oil from Crete, and a sprinkle of fleur de sel from Messolonghi. Or treat yourself to a slice of our freshly baked artos —a sweet, pillowy bread dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon, perfect for lingering a little longer.

And on select Saturdays, something extra special happens. We welcome guest chefs from Greece and beyond for one-of-a-kind culinary pop-ups, each bringing their own flavors, traditions, and creativity to our space. Not every Saturday, but always worth marking your calendar for.

Whether you’re here for a quiet morning or a long, lazy afternoon, we’re happy to have you stay awhile. Come for a coffee, stay for the company, or make it a destination to slow down and soak in the atmosphere. Saturdays are for taking your time—let’s make it a habit.
