In his Athens apartment, Thomas shares how 1OAM apotheke products have quietly become part of his daily rhythm, from the bathroom to the kitchen.

Enter Thomas’ world and discover two recipes he prepares using 1OAM apotheke ingredients.

How have 1OAM apotheke products found their way into your daily life?
They’ve slipped in quietly, like a good habit. I first discovered them at the 1OAM lofts, using them and cooking with them, and somehow they just stayed with me. I don’t really think about using them anymore; they’ve become part of my rhythm, from the shower to the kitchen.

What do they bring into your kitchen, in its taste or its rituals?
They bring quality through simplicity. A drop of oil or a pinch of salt is enough. Their purity and honesty bring a sense of minimalism, yet they add taste.

Is there one 1OAM apotheke product you reach for most often, and what dish has it become part of?
Fleur de sel. It’s become almost like a punctuation, I finish nearly everything with it. It adds depth without shouting. I use it on roasted vegetables, eggs, even chocolate, anywhere I want contrast and calm at once.

If your kitchen had a scent, texture, or taste — what would it be?
Scent would probably be something like butter meeting burnt herbs, cozy French yet spicy Mediterranean. Its texture would feel like an imperfect tile, deliberate and intentional. The taste would be family: nothing loud, just layers that come together perfectly.
