For a weekend, May 31 and June 1, ARLO Communal takes over 1OAM apotheke for a two-night culinary residency. Founded in Sydney and now based in NYC, the creative duo behind ARLO is known for crafting immersive, communal experiences with past collaborators including Vogue, Dior, Aperol, and Ganni.

For this special pop-up, they’ll present ARLO Canteen — a rotating menu of sweet and savoury dishes inspired by Sydney and summers by the sea, featuring seasonal ingredients and refined simplicity. All dishes are served using 1OAM apotheke’s culinary collection of organic olive oil, honey, salt, and herbs.
