This Saturday, Warsaw’s MOD DONUTS (@moddonuts) lands at 1OAM apotheke for a one-day takeover. Founders Kamila Mroczkowska (@kaamkaaa) and Patrycja Jaskólska (@toniemy) bring pastries rooted in Polish and French culinary heritage — shaped by time and friendship — into conversation with the 1OAM culinary collection.

Four variations of doughnuts will be served, each infused with our organic thyme honey, extra virgin olive oil, wild herbs, and fleur de sel.

AUGUST AT A SLOWER RHYTHM

Throughout August, 1OAM apotheke will be operating at a slower pace.

Orders placed by 11 August will be shipped on 12 August.
Orders placed between 12 and 16 August will be shipped on 17 August.
Orders placed between 17 and 31 August will be shipped on 1 September.

Our flagship store in Athens will be open on selected days, by appointment only. You can book your visit through our website. Stay tuned for the September reopening of our store and bakery.
