This Saturday, Warsaw’s MOD DONUTS (@moddonuts) lands at 1OAM apotheke for a one-day takeover. Founders Kamila Mroczkowska (@kaamkaaa) and Patrycja Jaskólska (@toniemy) bring pastries rooted in Polish and French culinary heritage — shaped by time and friendship — into conversation with the 1OAM culinary collection.

Four variations of doughnuts will be served, each infused with our organic thyme honey, extra virgin olive oil, wild herbs, and fleur de sel.
