On May 10th, @lygaria_kea — the restaurant at @kea_retreat — takes over 1OAM apotheke for a one-day culinary residency. Michelin-trained chef Uriel Eshet and Jakub Ziemann present a seasonal menu entirely centered around fig leaves freshly gathered from Kea island, paired with 1OAM apotheke’s organic olive oil, honey, salt, and herbs. Expect sweet and savory dishes celebrating nature at its peak.
